Single stage or end-to-end. Either way, owner-side only.
Some clients bring us in for a single discipline — a tender review, a forensic inspection, a 90-day site audit. Others retain us from feasibility through to the end of the defect notification period. We scope to the brief and refuse engagements where independence would be compromised.
Every engagement is led personally by Dr. George Safaryan, supported by a senior team selected for the specific discipline at stake. Engagements are held under NDA on request. We never accept commissions from contractors, designers or suppliers — our only revenue is the owner's fee.
